What sort of BB did you order?

 

Have you been given a Openreach connection date?

@Maxine0309 if it is a new fibre connection the ONT will be fitted by the engineer but if its an existing connection and the previous resident took the ONT with them Sky will have to get Openreach to fit a new one unfortunately that often cannot be ordered until the connection activation fails. Dont blame Sky its the way Openreach does things unfortunately..
