I have tried every step to get this working and have failed as I work from home of an evening it is very important I get this sorted out

Find out more@Daveffc If you have run through the troubleshooting without success you will have to call Sky to report the issue, be aware though as you are using a domestic only service the response times for repairs from Openreach are not quick and working from home will not increase your priority.

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
