I have had no internet for two days now

I have tried every step to get this working and have failed as I work from home of an evening it is very important I get this sorted out

@Daveffc If you have run through the troubleshooting without success you will have to call Sky to report the issue,  be aware though as you are using a domestic only service the response times for repairs from Openreach are not quick and working from home will not increase your priority.

@Daveffc  Have you completed the broadband test. If this finds an external fault it should let you book an engineer.

 

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
