I have been notified by sky that my broadband is being cancelled but did not request this

I have been notified by sky that my broadband service is being cancelled but did not request this and am unsure what is going on as have a sky glass package which relies on broadband connection - have tried to contact customer service by phone but can never get through can anyone help with this

It might be that someone somewhere has made a mistake when either ordering or moving their broadband so you will need to find a way to get in touch with Sky about this and as soon as you can. When calling see if you can get past the bot by saying nothing.

Many thanks I did receive a message from sky (just checked) saying I am being switched to a new provider - could this be something they are automatically actioning for my home address? I had no prior knowledge of a provider switch nor had I requested this

@Bilalchaudhri  As per @caesarome  Sky won't be doing this but more likely someone has selected an incorrect address and so switching your service in error, you'll need to call Sky as advised

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
