I have been notified by sky that my broadband service is being cancelled but did not request this and am unsure what is going on as have a sky glass package which relies on broadband connection - have tried to contact customer service by phone but can never get through can anyone help with this

Find out moreIt might be that someone somewhere has made a mistake when either ordering or moving their broadband so you will need to find a way to get in touch with Sky about this and as soon as you can. When calling see if you can get past the bot by saying nothing.

Many thanks I did receive a message from sky (just checked) saying I am being switched to a new provider - could this be something they are automatically actioning for my home address? I had no prior knowledge of a provider switch nor had I requested this

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Bilalchaudhri As per @caesarome Sky won't be doing this but more likely someone has selected an incorrect address and so switching your service in error, you'll need to call Sky as advised
