I don’t have a wire for my open reach box

I dint have a wire for my open reach box to connect my WiFi

@PaigePearson Are you getting a new sky service that is ONLY connecting to the OR Master phone socket and you are NOT in an area with Full Fibre supplied that requires change and Engineer visit.

If cable is missing from the box it may just be an oops, but standard RJ11 to RJ11 ADSL / VDSL cable but you need to look at your Master socket because you may also need a ADSL Filter depending on what you have. Link below electronic version installing a NEW hub.

@PaigePearson If sky have sent you the WRONG box off parts that is not known as you do not say what you are expecting or what is on your order, it's a call to them, they should know what you are getting, if you need a cable they will just send you the correct hub with all the right bit's in it, but that may be questionable, the hub i recieved was a recycled used before and i could tell just by looking at it!

You want a cable then you would be quicker to go get one yourself, curry's argos amazon etc. If not then you need to call sky!

As you say open reach box, what does it look like, there is samples in the link sent!
