I cannot get tv

I have had Sky installed today. The hub came a day late so I have connected it myself. The phone works our mobiles have call and broadband but the Television will no start.

@Malc51  What TV do you have, Glass or Stream?  

 

Not starting won;t be a broadband related issue.

 

Can you provide more details on the issue you're having?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
