I cannot book a moving home online

I cannot book a moving home online it always says they have a technical issue. I've tried call various customer service numbers, but they never answered. I urgently need to book this service since I will move in a few days later.

@Kakkou The number is in the link below, you have very short notice for a home move, so do not expect miricales.

sadly i have called them for whole evening, the robot always said they will connect me with a team but what actually happened was they beep for awhile and the call just snapped.

@Kakkou Get on it first thing early tomorrow morning when they open, you will have more success, sky have a major Q problem and the lines will be swamped....

You have to give 14 days notice for a home move so even if you do get through to someone that get this booked the chances are you will be without broadband for a while.
