I cancelled my sky subscription

I requested to reconnect with sky, but with a faster broadband, an instulator came out on 16th may to make out were the new broadband would go, but we haven't heard anything to have it installed, & my 1st payment goes out the 28th of may , I would like to  know when its being fitted as having no Internet is a nightmare
