@Mehmeterdem  The forum needs a little bit more information on why you are trying to test your internet connection. Is this because of low speed or disconnecting a lot .

I'm also having this issue. My switch went through yesterday and the intenret is absolutely awful, my iPhone won't load any web pages at all. When trying to test the speed, it says "Sorry, no address is associated with your account". Well, they sent the WiFi Hub to my address so that's obviously not true.
