I have tried with all my devices and all needed resets on the internet aswell as the devices however nothing has worked I am able to connect to my wife however the internet is very limited and does not work on most apps

Find out more@Marianomkhgsks if your devices have worked in the past and are showing as being connected to your Sky hub there could be a line fault.First step is to run the connection test in the My Sky app which works over a mobile connection. That will tell you uf there is a known fault and if it can it will test the connection to your hub. If the test finds a fault then it can book an engineer saving you a call to Sky.
