I am now live on Gigafast I ordered the new broadband hub along side this and I have not received?

Hi I still haven't received the new gigafast bb hub I am now live but no hub delivered??

@Bevwalk  From the link below which hub did you start out with and what package did you take with Sky for Figfast broadband? Was it broadband Max by any chance?
