I set up sny with you guys for my son with learning disabilities and the internet hub it thr tv hub not turned up so I won't be paying thr bill until they are here

We are customers on here and this is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers. I’m afraid you aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here.

 

Very unwise to withhold payment though. It'll cause you problems down the line.

@Penny341 You need to call sky direct, nothing else will work!
