Hubs changing in December?

I received a letter concerning my hub,it said by December it wouldn't have no updates etc,what do I fo now?thanks

@Dozzy It is a free replacement off your old ER110/115 Q router to the SR203 Broadband hub, Details are on the bottom off the letter i believe where to go online to start the process. Link below.

Does the letter not explain what you need to do?  I can't see Sky sending a letter with just a bit about the old hub no longer getting update so there must be more information contained in the letter?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

The letter does explain what you can do and that is to order yourself a free replacement as the link is there for you (which has been posted here for you).
