I moved house last week and have had sky fitted into my house today. The hub was flashing green when the engineer left and he told me he would do this for around an hour due to it updating and then I would be able to connect to the internet. This was at 2pm and it is now 8pm, the hub is still flashing green and we are still unable to connect to the internet. I've followed the instructions on the sky website a dozen times and it keeps saying that it's unable to connect to the hub.
does anyone know how I can sort this issue? Thanks in advance
