Been waiting 6 days now for a replacement router from Sky. Have called 4 times and spoke to 2 or 3 different people, all tell me my router is being sent asap yet another day goes by with nothing and my order says 'in progress'. Openreach engineer was with me within 2 days to fix initial problem (lightning strike!) and determined everything (including the cable) upto the router was fine but router itself was fried, yet Sky take another 6 days to post me a router. This is poor service considering i have the full package with Sky glass (which needs internet access!) and have now been without broadband and TV for a week today. I had to buy a £60 wifi hub so that we werent left without any network as wife also needs access for teaching. Have been fairly patient upto now but am now getting pretty annoyed with no resolution.
