@Kasia13 you hub has lost its connection to the line. Steps to take are firstly log into the My Sky app overca mobile connection and run the service checker which will tell you if Sky arexaware of an issue affecting your line.if the connection has dropped recently it may tell you every thing is fine which simply means tge connection loss has not been registered as yet
If there is no faultvshowing call Sky to report it so they can get Openreach to fix it.
