Hub says WiFi is switched off but can’t turn it back on

Got sky max hub on Monday, no issues until last night. Now tells me 'your hub's WiFi is switched off' when you follow the instructions it tells you to his the link to your 'disable network settings' but that only seems to turn it off not on. Does anyone know how I can turn it back on please?

@Me115 you should be able to use a mobile device to get to the settings for the hub in the My Sky app to switch the wifi back on. Find the Hub's advanced settings in the product settings section.

Thank you, I have been using the app however it keeps taking me back to the same page that is disabling the WiFi and not giving me an option to turn it on

Is the WiFi actually off or is this just a spurious message? If it's actually off then try turning off in the app, which should then present an option to turn it on. If it's a rogue message I'd be inclined to ignore it.

WiFi is definitely off. This message comes through in the app after doing a service check and tells me the hub is receiving internet but the WiFi is not switched on.

Thank you for the replies, this has now been escalated to an engineer and a replacement hub is on its way.
