Hub resetting to default password

Our WiFi keeps dropping out. The hub then resets itself to factory settings password and kicks us off. Happening daily and tests so no broadband issues locally. Seems hub is the issue.

All you can do is to call Sky about this.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Thank you. Nightmare trying to speak to someone but ignored the bot and finally got a human and an engineer appt.
