@Saba2

If you mean you can't see your Sky wifi network on any device then are the lights lit as normal on your hub or are any out or flashing ?

Re: Hub not working

The broadband have no light show. When you connect on a mobile the name of the hub doesn't show too. Hub is showing as offline when I look at show my device on sky app.

Hopefully this has resolved itself overnight but if not, do you have FTTP (fibre to the property)? If so you'll have an ONT (small white box) on the inside of your house that the hub plugs into (there are various makes, so look for the correct one in the pictures). Have a look at the following and see if that helps.

If not, find your hub on the following and see if that helps explain anything.

Edit: BTW, try unplugging both the ONT (if there is one) and the hub for at least 10 minutes before turning the ONT on first and when it's settled down, the hub.
