Hub not working

Could not connect. Sent in ticket over 2 weeks ago which was cancelled by yourselves with no reason given. I assumed there would be a follow up. I have since plugged in an old router I had and we have it working but not with the home coverage of our sky hub. Can we get this replaced please?

@Emma-123_ You need to call sky, posting on the Forum is not sky Customer Service so your post goes no further, dial 150 from your landline and speak to sky!
