Find out more@Will1985 run the service cheker in the My Sky app over a mobike connection ignorectge intial result which msy not pick up a recent loss of connection instead click onnthe broadband link which should tell you if Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line. If it doesnt call Sky to report it.
