Hub not visible in MySky app

After initial setup a month or so ago, my Hub was available to configure in the MySky app. Then it disappeared. 

I have found numerous other posts with the same issue and none of the suggested options have helped to re-enable it. My Home setup requires port forwarding. Why this option is disabled in the Hub gateway is beyond me.

Any other suggestions other than resetting the router and deleting / reinstalling the app?

@siwells If you have already tried either/both those options and no joy, call sky and have them take a look incase account issue within your system control!
