Hub not dispatched

My Sky broadband is due to be activated today but when I check the status of the order my box has not even been dispatched yet.

All you can do is to get in contact with Sky support to see if they can help.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
