Hub not been sent

So after a very stressful set up, I was finally given a date of Wednesday this week for my broadband, I was meant to be sent the router hub today, haven't received it, looks like it hasn't actually been sent yet ( don't blame Royal Mail) I cannot get through on the phone lines, just waited 90 minutes for it to cut off at 9pm.. any ideas? Do the engineers carry any spares? I'm so cross over this total nightmare of an installation.
