Hub keeps dropping signal and power

Our internet signal keeps dropping out 3 or 4 times every hour. Sometimes the power to the hub also drops out

@Connor1105  Are you saying that all of the lights go out on the rotuer and it restarts or do you have to switch it off and the wall and back on?
