Hub keeps dropping out and orange light flashes.

On and off all week my router keeps going off with the orange light flashing. Yet according to the checker everything is working but it's not. This keeps happening more often. Not sure how it can say all is great when I couldn't even connect to My Sky to check initially. Does anyone know why thus is happening all the time. If it's not the broadband it's the Sky boxes.

@Kittykookoo3 the internet led turning orange indicates loss of connection. The service checker does not pick these up for sometime. Give Sky a call as the fault needs checking iut if the connection is dropping frequently. If you connection is down use a mobile connection to run the service checker.

@Kittykookoo3

As the service checker looks for issues in your area try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
