Hub issues

Every night  my hub flashes orange for a few minutes and the internet goes off then comes back on  why does this keep happening

@Rob1794 the hub is losing connection and then reconnecting. If this is happening after midnight it is likely to be housekeeping activity especially you are on a partial fibre service as the cabinet resets the connection to manage a lline issue and is normal.

 

Line drops at other times can be down to a line fault whether Sky can getanything done by Openreach will depend on how many line drops there are in a 24 hour period.
