Hub is broken

Hello. My WiFi router has no lights and is not working. I have tried all the reset recommendations and still no lights. I will need a new router to get back on line. Thanks

@KateRobinson76  Have you tried another socket?   Is it still the same, have you checked all cables are firmly inserted in the hub?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
