New broadband account starting on Tuesday and My sky account saying hub still  not dispatched

Account is saying hub not despatched yet which means that it isn't on its way.

@James179  Just have to keep watching when it is. If there is nothing on Tuesday for it coming next day come back and let the community know and we can further help to get your equipment delivery looked into.
