Hub failure

Hi, there was a problem with the WiFi in the house, even on devices in the same room as the hub even though streaming tv was working. I cycled the power to the hub and the lights haven't come back on

You will need to call Sky and report this to them. you might not be able to get through them them tonight so if you can't you will have to try again tomorrow.
