Hub constantly losing connection
Our broadband hub seems to constantly lose connection to internet. All cables are plugged in solidly, devices both hard wired with Ethernet cable and WiFi are connected to hub. But hub keeps flashing green as if it's doing something, then goes white for a bit, then green again. Sometimes it comes back, then goes offline again.

Re: Hub constantly losing connection
@Katie2151 has this just started recently or has it been going on for a while?
Be aware that on here you're just talking to Sky customers, not Sky experts or Sky directly. I recommend you call Sky directly (you can call them on 150 if you have a Sky phone contract, otherwise you can find the number online - they delete it if you try to post on here!). When you call, tell the automated voice that you want to make a complaint. When she asks what about, say it's an existing complaint. That will get you through to the technical support. If you say it's a broadband complaint she'll text you a link to a help page and hang up). Good luck!
