Hub activation

I'm a new customer. I have a white sky hub. 
I've followed the set up guide. My wifi is working on my phone and my TV is working. 
But on the app is says the set up isn't complete and some services might not be available until set up is complete and hub is activated. 

I've tried repeating the installation.... I'm not sure what to try to get it to complete
