Hub Delivery

I am trying to order broadband to a property I am only moving into on the 2nd of May so I need the router delivered to a different address but I can't find the option to do that anywhere. I tried to call but because I don't have an account yet it won't let me through to talk to anyone.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Hubs are delivered to the account address by Royal Mail. They are normally dispatched to arrange a couple of days before your activation date. You'll need to order/arrange delivery once you have access to the address.
