Hub 6

I was sent the new hub 6 and after plugging it in, I kept getting a flashing red and green light and my devices wouldn't stay connected. What am I doing wrong and can I get an engineer out to sort the problem as I'm disabled and can't keep getting up and down to the box Many thanks
