Hub 4.2 won't let me connect to Fortimail using work VPN

We have a Hub 4.2 with Openreach Full Fibre.  My daughter works from home on a company-supplied Windows laptop using Fortinet VPN. She is unable to sign into FortiMail, and her IT Dept has told her that this is a Sky-specific VPN incompatibility problem which can only be resolved by Sky making changes at their end (change connection Ratio to 1:1 or disable MAP-T maybe? I don't know the exact cause of the incompatibility). I can find this issue frequently appearing on threads relationg to the Hub 6 but we are still on a Hub4.2. Please can Sky Support make the changes, or give me a link to a Form to request the changes?

@MojitoMan there is an issue with some Sky connections which can affect company VPNs but it only affects customers with the white Sky Max hubs . Your black hub 4.2 is not affected as these hub's do not support MAP-T, the technology Sky use to share IP4 addresses.

Not sure quite what the issue is but there are known system settings Sky can adjust but in general ensure the iaptop is used in acrea with a strong WiFi signal. I would suggest your daughter going back to her IT support as going by inline reports Fortivpn is easily upset by a poor network setup. Also worth seeing if the laptop can use the application via a different connection.

Thanks for your response. The laptop has a strong WiFi signal and she didn't have the problem when using a Huawei 4G mobile router on EE at her previous address or her neighbours guest network. But I will get her to recheck this and also try it on her mobile phone hotspot, and advise.
