How to turn off wifi for specific devices ?

I have a teenager staying and she is online every second of every day ! I want to descreetly turn off wifi for her device but not every device in the house. Is this possible ?

@Jamesquestion not with the standard Sky hub but the new Wifi Max system should be able to.
