There is also an online chat function you can access most of the time from the relevant contact us link on the online help,pages once you follow through the steps starting from here https://www.sky.com/help These help pages also will give you a phone number which if you use will tell the system what you are calling about. Sky also have agents on Facebook and Whstsapp.However there are far more agents on the phones than responding to chats so the chat service gets clogged..
There is also a route to online chat via the forum where superusers can escalate posts where it is clear the customer needs help from Sky so we have to undestand the issue first.
