@Lokraj  Your picture shows a master socket for a copper line, not a fibre connection.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you have  gone for fftp broadband  then you need  to have fibre  optic cable fitted  and an optical  network terminal box  to like this and a grey box somewhere  outside of your  property

This is the grey box outside of my  house

 the fibre optic cable comes from the telegraph pole to the box and then from the  box into the house to the  optical terminal network box  in my  living room

That socket  is a cooper phone  line connector not a fibre  optic cable  box

If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning type is available.
