Sky wifi Automatically applying a VPN - for e.g. netflix not showing local titles. Help?

There is no VPN. It's possible that you've been allocated a public IP address which is currently not registered as belonging to Sky

One thing to try is unplugging the router from its mains supply for an hour.

Is there a way for to figure out if my IP address is a public one or registered to Sky?
