How to get booster to replace sky q mini box

I currently have sky Q with 2 x minibuses. Those mini boxes act as a wireless boosters. I plan to move to sky stream with 2 x mini boxes. But I understand the new mini boxes do not act as wireless boosters. Unfortunately my house is designed such that the wifi is quite poor (plus BT insisted on installing my fibre box in the furthest corner of the house just to exacerbate the problem) So if I upgrade around 60% of my house will have no wifi. I tried calling to ask about getting a booster or two to replace the sky q boxes, but after being passed to the 5th person, as they were the 'wrong department' I gave up. Is there a particular number/ department people use to get these boosters. I have broadband boost with my Internet.

I suspect you'll have to wait until the Q Minis are no longer there and then claim under the WiFi Guarantee.  If the Minis are currently providing coverage above the 3Mbs minimum then you don't qualify for boosters, and I doubt Sky would entertain a preemptive claim.

Note the terminology for Stream hardware is 'pucks': if you refer to these as 'mini boxes' in this context then everyone is going to get very confused.
