How to get Sky Max Boosters?

I just upgraded to Sky Max WiFi. This was because there are certain places in my house that are out of range of my router, and part of the Sky Max WiFi offer is up to 3 booster pods. I processed the upgrade, lo and behold I receive a new hub - no boosters. Same issue as before. Online recommendation is going to the room without signal and running a test. Unfortunately, when I'm in said room - I have no signal, and therefore the test cannot be run.

@JW103u37172728 You do not get any boosters sent, you need to call sky for your 1st and the 2nd/3rd require a sky Engineer visit!
