@Extender plug it and follow the instructions which came with the unit. Some require use of wps to link to the hub which includecthe ones supplied to match the black hubs. The white Sky Max hub use special pod units that sort themselves out if the dont it could be thst Sky have not set the unit up in the My Sky app correctly for you.
