I pay my bills via direct debit but have automatic compensation for a missed appointment, however it hasn't been taken off my bill and isn't off the next predicted one, so how do I access this? I can't find it on my account anywhere

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@JA2420 it takes a bit of time to come through but once on the account it will be automatically applied against the next bill after that. You dont have to do anything.
