How to change my address

Hello, I recently just realised that I put my town now where I live as my adress, but not my actual adress what can I do? I tried to change it but it won't let me

If this was for an original order for broadband services or to arrange a Sky Home Move you'll need to call Sky to get them to amend what you've done.

@Davinam2 with Broadband the address detail is critical so you will have to talk to Sky. Therefore I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
