Hi
We live on a farm and our landlords have converted several old barns to dwellings.
The latest one was done a few months ago and it seems that Openreach have upgraded the poles in our area and he is getting full fibre service.
When I go through the Sky website without signing in my address comes up as full fibre available.
Yet on my Sky account it says I am already on the fastest speed I can get.
I've phoned tonight and the operator i spoke to said it can take some time (4-6 weeks) for their system to be updated about the availability of an upgrade and that should try again in a week. Even though we have neighbours already on it (I don't know if they are with Sky or not)
Does anyone know how long it takes for this system to be updated? It seems everything is in place for me to upgrade- it just needs someone to press the 'refresh' button lol.
Thanks
