How long after upgrade should I expect full speed?
Was on copper until about a week ago, then transistioned to full fibre 100.
I was consistently getting 100mbps to my PC via ethernet.
Liked the full fibre, so I upgraded the speed from 100 to 500.
SR203 router is saying it's recieving 5499.00 downstream this morning.
Service checker is saying that the last check was on the 15th? (I thought it did it every day?)
Manually testing the broadband comes back with 463mbps
PC, still on ethernet (CAT 7), is getting 200-310, but fluctuating constantly, not the solid 100 as before.
Is this just a set up thing? As it's only been 12 hours, or should I be annoyed?
Thanks!

Re: How long after upgrade should I expect full speed?
@VaegaVic Is you PC capable of doing the FF500 speed's even though it is connected to the system, The cooper to Fibre change over it's an INSTANT speed increase at that point....
As long as your device ie your PC can do it then speed for the FF500, YOU have to disconnect ALL your wireless wifi devices to be sure that the background chatter is not affecting your network, once you know that you can compensate with a factor when testing.....
Would advise you to download the ookla speedtest app if your pc is windows based, pick a server and stick to it when testing, i allways use the Wildcard Networks for mine, different servers can show you wildly different values, and the fast.com test you have to do that correct and allow the two stage test to finish, ookla at least pushes a real amount off data down the pipe when testing!

Re: How long after upgrade should I expect full speed?
@VaegaVic This is it, once your data leaves the Hub and off into the OR/Sky network YOU have zero control over it, if you think that you are going to get the 550/70Mb/s that OR set's on a Fibre feed connection then think again, lowest sustained so far is 200Mb/s but the EXTERNAL network was real busy at the time!!!
Below the current test, wireless wifi tested Asus laptop wifi5 connection but on a 160Mhz Ai Mesh AP, i do not have to allow as i know how all my devices work on the wireless connection!

@VaegaVic The service checker has been know to miss the odd day or two as recorded event's as long as it is hitting most off them, and by the sound off it your manual test is doing just fine with the speed you have posted up, give it a month or so 30day's monitoring with your checker that will let you know how your system is going, old check of mine linked below so you can see if you need can even find the ones with missing days for you picture wise, think i do have that!
