How do you make a complaint against Sky's appalling service
Basically I have been waiting 10 weeks for them to activate my broadband and TV. They keep fobbing me off and they never answer phone lines. Are they seriously this bad

How are they fobbing you off?
Are they not answering your calls or is there a longish queue to speak to an agent and you're therefore hanging up?
