How do you actually speak to a human being at Sky?
having internet issues - checker on line says all okay - checker over the phone says there is an issue - not i just need to speak with a human being from sky!

@jj50 stay on the phone do not accept offers of texts etc when the bot asks say "to reportva technical fault" therecarecseveral thousand agents working so theybwill pick up,but it can take a while. Therecare nonshortcuts if you want tontalk to a human.
