How do i get someone to contact me

First my broadband box didnt get delivered then i get another sent out finally but it turns up aftwr the engineer so it doesnt even work I have all the lights but the Internet one and ive been payinf for broadband and a sky stream box that are unusable! The virtual chat is useless and just goes in circles and its impossible to get anybody to contact me back I have escalated the issue with the technical team who just keep sending me texts to say theyve closed my case as they cant find an issue and i do not have the ability to make calls so i cant even speak to anyone to explain my issue How do you get anybody at sky to contacr you because im paying my bill just for the fun of it at this point Its ridiculous

Why don't you have the ability to call Sky?

I paid my phone bill a few days late so its blocked from making calls for a couple days

Sky won’t reinstate services until you’ve paid what is owed and set up a new continuous payment method.

I dont owe sky any money

I paid my 02 phone bill a day late as i hadnt noticed my direct debit had stopped 

But that has nothing to do with sky, ive paid my first 2 sky bills (on time) but i still havent even had access to broadband or my sky stream box once in that time 

Im just finding it hard to get in contact with somebody while i cant make calls

Please explain in more detail. Are you new to Sky broadband? Is today your activation date? What did the engineer say before leaving?
