How do I see devices connected to my Wi-Fi and delete if needed

How do I see all devices connected to my Wi-Fi and identify them and delete if need be

@Thick+as you cannot disconnect individual devices from a Sky hub. If you have devices you dont want to connect then all you can do is to change the wifi password and keep it to yourself.
