I want to return my old hub. On your website it says I need to get in touch with Sky to return something.

How do I get in touch? can this be done via chat?

@Skull+TreatyBeen awhile since using the returns link. Just noticed that Sky no longer use Collect+ as one of te carriers for returns.

If someone has helped give them Like.

I noticed it last month (or so), it's a shame though as some users don't have access to print and I liked that Collect+ gave you that option at the teller.

@Skull+TreatyThe print option is now available if you take it to the post office now and also seems that you can get that if you ask for a collection.

@Highlinder Thank you so much for the link. I didn't even had to print a label. Using the link, I downloaded a pdf and the post office printed it.

When I got an upgrade, I asked if they would recycle my old hub and they said yes. I wish more compayhad this option.

I have now returned the equipment. Thanks!
